A pet needs help

StreetVet offers free veterinary care to pets belonging to those experiencing homelessness in the UK. We cannot respond to requests from elsewhere in the world.

Important Information: Completing this form does not confirm being eligible and registered for StreetVet services.

Eligibility Check: The StreetVet Clinical Team will review submitted evidence against the eligibility criteria listed in the FAQ section below.

A Pet Needs Help Form

Please complete all the boxes below about the pet needing help. The more information you can provide, the better. Please include a contact telephone number and/or email address so a member of the StreetVet team can get in touch.

The information you’ve provided to StreetVet will be treated with respect and used in line with your instructions on this form. We will also use your information for analysis and administrative purposes, and to communicate with you about your enquiry.

StreetVet is not an emergency service

We rely on our small, dedicated clinical team to manage and triage all messages and enquiries and aim to respond to urgent messages within 1 working day and all other queries as soon as possible. Our working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

If the pet is directly registered with StreetVet and it is an emergency, please contact the 0800 number provided at the time of registration.

If the pet is not registered with StreetVet and it is an emergency, please contact the last practice they were seen at, the PDSA, Blue Cross (if London based) or the RSPCA.  In an emergency any veterinary practice should provide first aid.

StreetVet is an engagement service, our aim is to provide support and help wherever possible, to keep our clients and their pets together.

We are not an enforcement agency so if you have genuine concerns for an animals welfare, please contact the RSPCA.
